For your security, you must visit your nearest branch and submit a physical request to update your number. Once updated, you will start receiving alerts on the new number within 24 hours.
  • Why am I not receiving OTPs or alerts?
    • Ensure your mobile is within network coverage.
    • Check if you have enabled DND (Do Not Disturb) settings with your operator; you may need to "Whitelist" the bank's sender ID (e.g., BHRTBK).
    • Ensure your inbox is not full.
  • Can I block my card via SMS if I lose my phone?
No, you would need to use another phone to call our 24/7 Toll-Free Helpline (1800-22-0869) to block both your mobile banking and your debit card.
  • Never share your OTP: No bank official will ever ask for your OTP via SMS or call.

  • Delete Sensitive SMS: Once you have noted your balance or mini-statement, it is a good practice to delete the SMS.
