  • Is there a minimum balance requirement? No, Bharat Champs is a Zero Balance account with no restriction on minimum balance.

  • Who can operate this account? The account is operated by the minor above the age of 10 singly or jointly with one of the parents.

  • Are there any charges for the debit card? No, the debit card is issued free of charge for Bharat Champs account holders.

  • How many free ATM withdrawals are allowed? You get 3 free transactions in Metro cities and 5 in Non-Metro locations every month.

  • What happens when the minor turns 18? The account must be updated with the individual's fresh KYC to be converted into a regular Savings Bank account.

  • Minimum Balance: NIL (Zero Balance Account).

  • Debit Card Annual Fee: FREE.

  • SMS Banking Charges: FREE.

  • Cheque Book: NIL for the first cheque book of 10 leaves.
